SAT Vocabulary RPG

This game is designed for classroom use - for students who have no experience with role-playing games (RPGs). It does not require a Game Master – that is, no one needs to run the game for the players.

This game can be played by one person or in a group of up to 6 people. Each player or group needs a 6-sided die. 

If one person is playing individually, they will roll a die to create a character and write the adventure their character goes on. This targets writing skills. 

If it is played by a group, each person will create their own character. The players will use the same setting and goal. They will work together to meet the goal. When their characters go on an adventure to meet their goal, the players can say out loud what their character does. This targets speaking and listening skills.

Both ways to play incorporate vocabulary from a list of common SAT vocabulary words.
